Events by André Wells is a full-service event planning and coordination company dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences. Led by André Wells, our team combines creativity, precision, and a passion for excellence to deliver seamless events of all scales — from intimate gatherings to large corporate celebrations.

We specialize in a wide range of events including weddings, corporate galas, birthday celebrations, retirement ceremonies, brand launches, charity fundraisers, conferences, and social gatherings. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for 20 or a grand event for 500, we bring the same level of dedication to every occasion.

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for larger events such as weddings and corporate galas, and 3–6 months for smaller gatherings. However, we understand that plans don’t always allow for that timeline — reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes! While we are based locally, we are available for destination events and travel throughout the country and internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and scope of the event.

Services & Pricing

We offer a comprehensive suite of services including full-service event planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination. This covers venue sourcing and selection, vendor coordination, event design and décor, budget management, timeline creation, logistics planning, guest management, and on-site coordination.

Every event is unique, so we don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages. We typically charge a flat fee based on the scope and complexity of your event. After an initial consultation where we learn about your vision and needs, we’ll provide a customized proposal that outlines exactly what’s included.

Yes, we offer day-of (or month-of) coordination for clients who have handled most of the planning themselves but want a professional to manage the execution. This service ensures your event runs smoothly so you can be fully present and enjoy the day.

Absolutely. We work with a wide range of budgets and believe that exceptional events don’t have to break the bank. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your budget openly so we can design a plan that maximizes your investment without compromising on quality.

Day of the Event

André is personally involved in all phases of planning and is present at the majority of our events. For larger events, our full team will be on-site to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. You’ll always know exactly who will be present on your event day before it arrives.

We plan meticulously so that nothing goes wrong — but we also prepare thoroughly for the unexpected. Our team creates detailed contingency plans for every event and has the experience and composure to handle any situation discreetly, without disrupting your guests’ experience.

We typically arrive 2–4 hours before your event is scheduled to begin, depending on the complexity of the setup. We coordinate arrival times with your venue and all vendors to ensure everything is perfectly in place well before your guests arrive.

Planning Process

Once you book, we’ll schedule an in-depth kickoff meeting to dive into your vision, preferences, and goals. From there, we create a comprehensive event plan and timeline, begin vendor research, and keep you informed at every milestone. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact throughout the entire process.

As much or as little as you’d like. Some clients prefer to be involved in every decision, while others prefer to hand off the details and trust us completely. We adapt to your communication style and availability, keeping you in the loop on key decisions while handling the day-to-day logistics.

We have cultivated strong relationships with a network of trusted vendors — photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, and more — who consistently deliver outstanding results. We’ll always recommend vendors that align with your vision and budget, and we’re happy to work with vendors you’ve already selected.
